Terms of Service

Last updated: August 29, 2026

These terms cover the use of Temporal Graph Memory (TGM), the hosted service run by SearchCandy Labs Inc. They are written in plain language because we expect you to actually read them.

What the service is

You send us documents. TGM turns them into a knowledge graph and answers questions with exact passages from those documents, or tells you the answer is not there. Access is by invitation while we run pilots; accounts are set up for you during onboarding.

Your data is yours

You keep every right to the documents you upload and to the answers produced from them. We claim no ownership of your content, ever. You give us only the narrow permission we need to run the service: to store your documents, index them, and serve them back to you. That permission ends when your data is deleted.

Our software is ours

TGM, its engine, its design, and everything that makes it work belong to SearchCandy Labs Inc. Using the service does not transfer any of it to anyone. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or rehost the service or any part of it. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve the product; that is the only right to your ideas we take.

What you agree not to do

Do not upload content you have no right to use. Do not use the service to break the law. Do not probe, overload, or attempt to breach systems that are not yours. We can suspend accounts that do these things.

The honest disclaimer

We publish measured accuracy numbers and stand behind how they were measured, but no retrieval system is a substitute for professional judgment. Answers are drawn from your documents; decisions made on them are yours. During pilots the service is provided as is, without a formal uptime guarantee, and our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the three months before a claim.

Ending things

You can stop using the service and delete your graphs at any time. We can end a pilot with notice. Deletion works the way the product says it does: deleting a graph removes your documents from our systems, with backup copies expiring within fourteen days.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will email the address on your account before the change takes effect.
